This is not a driver-to-putter fitting ladder. It is a list of work we will take on an adjustable hosel, a through-bore, a tip-in stem, a swollen ferrule, or a putter neck that started ticking after a wet week on the Causeway.

Bore-through consult
Confirm whether the head is a true through-bore or a tip-in that someone drilled in a garage. Recut, sleeve, or refuse — we will say which. Through-bores get a different ferrule stack.

Tip-in restem
Classic tip-in hosels still outnumber sleeves in older Gulf bags. We measure insertion, recut if the wall is bellied, and set a new stem with an epoxy mix that does not flash-cure in 90-degree air.

Ferrule recollar
Swollen or split collars recut to the measured hosel OD. Color can wait. A hovering ferrule on Dauphin is a salt flag, not a cosmetics request.

Epoxy overnight hold
When the cabinet is fat, the head stays until morning. You pay for the hold, not for a pretend four-hour cure that will spin on Saturday at Magnolia Grove.

Plumber, slant, and flow-neck joints get their own bore rules. We do not convert a plumber into a slant on a whim. We reseat what you already play, or we say no.

What we send down the street
Lie and loft on irons that still have a round hosel and no salt crust — that is a bending job, and we will name a local who still does it. Full-bag launch work is not why Suite 4 exists. If your sleeve is walking, start here. If you want notches jacked on a healthy adapter, this is the wrong clapboard.
